Iris Financial make world
class trading and risk management software systems for the leading
investment banks. Following a major venture capital injection
which indicated the market's confidence in their component-based
technology, Iris Financial required a site that would not only
update their look and feel, but that would also enable and reflect
rapid and considerable growth over the coming 2 - 3 year period.
Using a tailored content management system, we have delivered
a site that looks good, has substantial capacity for growth
through in-house content production, and is search engine-friendly.

Arvato Systems, part of
Bertelsmann AG, is a technology company delivering business
process management solutions to clients in Health and Higher
Education. We delivered consultancy on developing the site's
content, structure and usability. Over a two month period, we
first implemented initial changes to remove usability glitches
and then prepared a longer-term plan that defined a structure
for the new site, and phased key content production to improve
the existing site. With the new site set for completion early
2004, the interim measures have already produced results, including
increased traffic and sales enquiries.

Chemical Reaction is an action site and a joint project
of the European Environmental Bureau, Friends of the Earth
and Greenpeace on the EU chemical policy reform.
This is CR's second site, and the brief was to update the
look and feel to include commissioned illustrations, to re-write
the (often complex) content in layman's language, and to improve
the site's navigation and usability.
This was especially important for the online action allowing
members of the European states to lobby their local MEPs for
effective legislation on the use of toxic chemicals in everyday
household objects and substances.
Implementation of the site in 9 additional languages was then
carried out by our development partners, Millipedia.

Joy Baptiste is a London-based
Styling Consultancy. In September 2004, Joy commissioned us
to make her first website.
With a strong brand and USP already in place, it was vital that
the website reflected the sophistication of her service in its
look and feel. (We also contributed editorial ideas and writing.)

In May 2002, we completely redesigned
these computer trainer's site, based on their new brand identity.
In summer 2003, having identified that RDa's biggest
benefit to their clients is the time saved as a result of training
(sometimes 3-4 hours per person per week), we have introduced
a 'time-saving tips' section, which RDa can update in-house
themselves. At the same time, we optimised the site for the
search engines, and have increased traffic to it by 250 - 300%.

Sodabyte implemented this site
for its local business group. Although a very condensed site,
it is extremely information-rich. We
co-wrote and organised the introductory copy; each member's
information is presented in a modular way, allowing it to be
easily updated.

St Giles-in-the-Fields
is a church of architectural and historical significance right
in the heart of London's West End. St Giles wanted to support
their congregation online, while attracting newcomers and visitors
looking for traditional Anglican worship in the centre of the
capital. Work for St Gile's site involved consultancy and digital
photography. The site's 8 page content management system organises
calendar dates into different displays, giving the clergy the
ability to update frequently changing content online in real
time.

Much of the initial work here
was to discover exactly what the charity offered and how they
were organised, before planning and writing the content, structure
and look and feel ourselves. Since its launch in November 2002,
the site has been effective in promoting the group's activities,
and has dramatically cut the workload of organisers.
